- To activate a sim card press 2
- To bring your existing number with you, you will need to activate with one of our support agents, please press 0 now.
- To activate your SIM and receive a new phone number, we will need your ACT code. This is located on the back of the SIM card in the top right corner. Please key in this number now and press the Pound key.
- If you make a mistake at any point, press the Star key to start over.
- If you don’t have an ACT code, press 0.
- To speak to an agent, or help with set up press 0 (real person)
